We are looking for an experienced and committed Training Operations Coordinator to join our Academy and Production & Media team at SI Buildings Product Headquarters in Zug. This role combines administrative responsibilities with project ownership in the training domain. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a passion for supporting learners in an international environment.

Your new responsibilities:

• Learning Management System Administration: Set up and manage training courses in the Learning Management System My Learning based on Saba, ensuring data accuracy and smooth learner experience
• Project Management: Independently lead and execute small to medium-sized training-related projects, from planning to implementation and follow-up
• Operational Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for training logistics, scheduling, and communication between stakeholders
• Apprentice Supervision: Provide guidance and support to an assigned apprentice, fostering their development and integration into the team
• International Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different countries and cultures
• Community Building: Support the Academy by building a global Training Community and shape the reputation and future set-up of Training

Your skills and experience:

• Solid knowledge of Learning Management Systems would be beneficial, ideally My Learning (Saba)
• Proven experience in coordinating training programs and managing learning projects
• Strong organizational talent, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in mentoring or supervising learners or apprentices
• Open minded and creative to support and start new initiatives
• Willing to represent the Academy, next to the Academy Head
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
• Fluent in English and German; other European languages are advantageous

Location: this position will be based in Zug/Switzerland. Please note that qualified candidates need to be legally eligible for work authorization in Switzerland.
