The role
As a Digital Consulting Intern at Zühlke, you will be an integral part of our consulting teams and contribute directly to client engagements. Over a period of 6 months, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of digital consulting topics, from strategy development to the design and launch of digital products and services. You will typically support our teams through research, analysis, and hypothesis-driven work, while developing a strong understanding of consulting methodologies and real client environments.
How you’ll make an impact
Work as a fully integrated member of our consulting teams on client engagements
Support consultants in developing hypotheses, performing analyses, and preparing client presentations
Assist in the preparation and facilitation of client workshops
Contribute to the development of our consulting offerings (e.g. transformation consulting, organisational consulting, operating model design, enterprise architecture management)
Support initiatives such as customer surveys, studies, and the creation of thought leadership content (e.g. white papers, op-eds)
Help prepare commercial proposals and support client relationship management activities
What’s important to us
You are currently enrolled in or have recently completed a BSc or MSc in Business, Innovation, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
You have gained initial practical experience (e.g. through internships) and are familiar with innovation frameworks and modern ways of working
You have a good understanding of AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs), including their practical application and limitations
You bring a strong interest in technology, innovation and consulting
You have a structured, analytical mindset and strong communication skills
You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
