The Role We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist (80-100%) to support our Payroll team in Switzerland. Y ou take on a central role in the team and, together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the payroll accounting of around 700 employees. Ho w you’ll make impact You are responsible for all payroll processing, including posting and account reconciliation. You provide active support with the annual financial statements and are a point of contact for our employees' payroll and social security-related questions. You further develop payroll reports and HR key figures and ensure high data quality in Workday and SAP. You coordinate cooperation with social insurance companies, authorities and external partners. Whether joining or leaving the company, contract changes, withholding tax or family allowances, you provide reliable support to employees and managers throughout the entire employee life cycle in all HR administration and employment law matters. You will process sickness and accident reports, invoice daily allowances correctly and ensure that deadlines are met. Your varied position will also involve working in HR controlling and reporting. You will work closely with our Center of Excellence in Germany and be actively involved in national and global People Operations projects. You will bring your experience to bear and make an active contribution to the professionalization and digitalization of our payroll processes. What is important to us You have specialist training in the payroll area (e.g. Payroll Specialist) and a federal HR certificate with a commercial background. You have sound experience in payroll accounting - including annual financial statements, audits and social security accounting. You have a sound knowledge of labor law issues, social insurance and occupational benefits and are experienced in dealing with HR key figures and salary reporting. You are confident in working with auditors, insurance companies and authorities and have an affinity for figures, systems and processes - coupled with a structured and reliable way of working. The role We are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Lead Software Architect. You have practical experience with full-stack development in the .NET ecosystem. You are experienced in modern web development frameworks like React or Angular.
