Deine Programm-Highlights Lanciere deine Karriere mit unserem Private Banking Career Start Program. Hier arbeitest du als Absolventin oder Absolvent im Herzen der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche und betreust unsere Kundinnen und Kunden mit Sitz in der Schweiz. Das Programm besteht aus einer dreimonatigen Client Service Grundausbildung und einem Haupteinsatz in deiner gewählten Abteilung. Dazu besteht die Möglichkeit einer Rotation innerhalb von Private Banking Schweiz für drei Monate. So lernst du verschiedene Positionen kennen, erhältst Einblicke in ein breites Spektrum von Rollen, baust neue Fähigkeiten auf und entwickelst entscheidende Netzwerke innerhalb der Bank. Während des Programms hast du die Möglichkeit die SAQ Zertifizierung abzuschliessen, um anschliessend als qualifizierte Kundenberaterin bzw. qualifizierter Kundenberater im Private Banking zu arbeiten.
