UX/UI Designer within Digital Banking #195278
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can marry user and business objectives to build a desirable and strategically viable solution. In co-creation with other designers, product managers, front representatives and engineers, you will be responsible for not only creating new experiences for our clients but also re-design and perfect existing ones. Following the design thinking process you identify and execute appropriate methods and build on designs to answer specific client needs and conceptualize optimal user experiences. Supported by the team, you drive projects independently and execute all design phases from initial research to high-fidelity prototyping and final handover to IT. Together with your team you are in charge of the design thinking process, guidelines and toolkit. You compile and conduct Design Thinking trainings with a broad audience and actively help to establish the topic of Design Thinking throughout Credit Suisse.
Your future colleagues
We are a diverse and motivated team of UX designers and researchers that values open communication, ownership and collaboration. We jointly design experiences for the bank’s main client channels such as Online and Mobile Banking and CSX, and internal tools that our front units use on a day to day basis. Our team however not only consists of designers and researchers but also parents, globetrotters, semi-professional bakers, fashion lovers, mountain bikers, dancers and bookworms.
