Transaction Manager Export Finance #214590
Join us working in the Portfolio Management of Export Finance Department and focusing on supporting both portfolio management activities as well as transaction management.
You have oversight over a portfolio of Export Finance clients delivering top service for our clients externally and internally. Through partnership, you provide day-to-day technical expertise covering operational support and system handling of all transactions through the loan lifecycle.
Become a member of the Transaction Management Team manage lending operations, entering and maintaining transaction details in the bank internal systems, being responsible for various technical tasks.
In this role you actively expand and apply own knowledge in Portfolio Management overall as well as individual project related matters including client risk analysis. Proactively support the onboarding of new transactions early in the process and assisting end-to-end responsibility of allocated transactions upon the first disbursement from the front-office colleagues. Assisting Portfolio Managers in other tasks for the assigned portfolio including excel based loan management tools (e.g., information and financial covenants reporting trackers, compliance reviews. etc.). Timely management of transaction processing, reporting requirements, facilitating adherence to all relevant checks and controls. Participate in contacts with the managed clients via email, phone calls and face-to-face meetings to ensure their cooperation and transparency. Ensure up to date KYC and Client ID documentation at all times.
