Team Head/ Manager Performance Management #211775
- You will be joining the Swiss Bank’s Personal & Business Banking business area, the area responsible for retail and small business banking clients in Switzerland
- Part of the COO area, you will have a diverse, central role to the steering of the business area, where you will be driving (amongst others):
- Define, set up, and measure KPIs / scorecards in the business area and on the department level
- Prepare and review – in close alignment with the colleagues from Finance – the business area’s financials, budgeting, and forecasting data
- Build and maintain performance management tools and dashboards, incl. retrieve data from relevant systems
- Analyze and present performance results to the (senior) leadership team and within meetings (e.g., Department Management Committees)
- Execute resource-management related topics, incl. placement of requisitions, approval workflow and stakeholder management
- This role provides a unique platform for personal and professional growth and, depending on seniority, potentially a Team Head level could be offered. You will work in a dynamic environment in close interaction with senior management and exposure to a wide spectrum of both conceptual and operational tasks
