The transition from LIBOR to Alternative Reference Rates (ARRs) is possibly the most fundamental change to the financial industry in recent years across products, processes, models and advisory. As a senior member of the Global IBOR transition management team you will lead the SUB/IWM pro-gram in partnership with the business for Credit Suisse in Switzerland and the International locations.
As the deadlines approach the key areas of focus will include:
- Ensuring full platform operational readiness to trade new ARRs and transition clients’ legacy positions on the Swiss and international platforms.
- Ensuring effective and timely outreach to clients to support them in understanding the ra-tionale for the LIBOR change and their options to transition legacy LIBOR products.
- Working with the front office and corporate functions to ensure front-to-back operational readiness for the transition.
- Managing a robust plan with clear metrics to track progress and support escalation when re-quired progress is not being made.
This is a high visibility role with significant exposure to different businesses/functions, and manage-ment and governance forums where you need to engage effectively.
As a seasoned program manager with experience in financial products as well as the front-to-back processing, you will plan, lead, coordinate and support the businesses in the transition from LIBOR to ARRs ensuring transparency to business partners and governing bodies, and appropriate project risk management along the process.
