Your field of responsibility
We are offering a highly interesting and challenging position in the Business Development team of the Global Next Generation and Families department (GNGF), that provides support and competence to the Credit Suisse franchise on the subject of Next Generation and Families. In this role you will have the chance to contribute to positioning Credit Suisse as a global bank that serves the Next Generation and their Families with a unique approach including financial and non-financial offering. You will have the opportunity to implement a global Next Generation strategy comprising activities that drive client value, support growth objectives and connect client needs and platforms to maximize return of bank’s investments. You will be given the challenge to grow the range of products and services for and with the Next Generation of UHNWI clients. This will include project management responsibilities as well as generating meaningful NextGen data and synthetizing actionable data ana-lytics. Finally this will be a liaison role to drive the Next Generation and Families effort within the bank by establishing a global NextGen scorecard and driving divisional steering committees and activities ensuring consistency with the global approach over time.

- Master’s degree in business management; banking and finance or related field
- Min. 4-6 years of experience in working on business strategy design and execution and/or fi-nancial analytics within the financial sector or a front related position within private banking or consulting
- Experience working with clients as a private banking relationship manager or working in a team servicing global needs of private banking clients
- Combination of a strong project management track record and financial analytics with sound knowledge of the private banking segment
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a “big-picture” mind-set combined with a dedicated and result-oriented approach and passion to foster innovation
- Strong conceptual capabilities and analytical mind set as well as the capability to work in a well-structured and efficient manner
- Strong team player with extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in diverse and multi-disciplinary teams using excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You speak English fluently; Any other language is beneficial
