- Bachelor or Master in banking, finance or an equivalent higher education
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience in the private banking or a related industry in COO, CFO, Front, Legal, Compliance or Audit functions, preferably in risk management and/or reporting functions
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as technical savvy with high affinity towards IT and data and the ability to embrace new concepts and technologies quickly
- Experience with big data and IT projects in complex environments, excellent MS Office skills, sound know-how of CS IWM data landscape is a plus
- You combine an independent, structured working style with a passion for results and quality
- Excellent coordination and organization skills with a high level of proactivity and reliability, proven to handle several tasks at once in a constantly evolving environment
- You have a positive personality with a solution oriented ability and can-do attitude
- Project Management skills would be a plus
- Proficiency in English is required, German is a plus

We Offer
