Join the Compliance Reporting & Oversight team as a Senior Compliance Risk & Control Manager “Reporting & Oversight”. As part of this highly motivated team within CCO COO for the Swiss Bank / Switzerland, you will play a key role in managing high profile Risk & Control topics and reporting on these to Senior Management. You will conduct and coordinate the annual Risk & Control Self-Assessment of the Compliance function of the SB Division, coordinate and prepare reports on their Compliance Risk Assessment, and ensure that an adequate Control Framework is being established. You will partner with colleagues in the First Line of Defense Support (FLDS) function to challenge and provide support on their control framework around Compliance risks related to the SB Division. As such you will manage the annual Monitoring and Testing program of the Compliance function of SB, including the control testing of Compliance risk-related key controls owned by the Compliance function and FLDS. You will have the opportunity to represent the Compliance function in committees, initiatives and projects on data confidentiality and protection as well as Risk and Controls. In addition, you will ensure that an appropriate issue and action management for the Compliance function of the SB Division is being maintained.

Compliance Reporting & Oversight (within CCO COO SB/SR) guides the division’s Compliance management and provides oversight of non-financial risks to ensure that the bank’s day-to-day operations are sustainable and resilient, do not expose us to significant losses and enable our employees to make decisions and conduct business in line with our values and desired reputation as a firm. We provide independent second line of defense operational risk oversight and work with management on non-financial risk issues that arise in respective business areas and functions. You will closely collaborate with other Compliance Officer Teams as well as First Line of Defense Support (FLDS) from all divisions on the Swiss platform. CCO COO supports a data driven, risk focused set of control activities to help assess and identify improvements against most significant existing or emerging bank-wide thematic risks.
