We are offering an exciting and challenging role as Business Service Desk and – Integration Manager for our Credit Risk solutions and applications which are a crucial suite for Front Offices, Compliance functions and Business Operations
As a key senior member of our central User & Platform Enablement team, you will be responsible for the establishment of Business Service Desks, dealing with organizational change and product integrations, operation from setup to running these functions along the product life cycle in alignment with our Product Owners.
You will facilitate and ensure planning, preparation and steering of rollout activities for new products and enhancements of mature products in a very agile environment as part of the Digital Transformation and Product Laboratories department. Investigating on user enquiries and managing related business incidents with dedicated IT support teams along the lifecycle is part of your mandate as well
In this role you ensure a positive user experience and increase of product acceptance by providing best in class business user support and user guidance along all organizational and hierarchical levels in the bank by providing support with task force activities in the event of regulatory initiatives or critical incidents and handling ad hoc requests, being a sparring partner of the Service Desk Head DTPL in topics along Business Integration and Production Services.
