Senior Business Manager Compliance - Chief of Staff #212936
You will support the Chief Compliance Officer as part of the Chief of Staff Team to prepare and manage their Senior Meetings and Communication.
- You ensure the quality of our CCO meeting preparation (including amongst others the Executive Board, input to Board meetings, meetings with regulators and auditors)
- Organize global events, propose the agenda and ensure high quality content (e.g. Town Hall, senior management offsite, motivational or knowledge transfer events)
- Interact with a variety of internal stakeholders to gather material and information, collate them to executive summaries and visualize adequately, write talking points
- Lead task forces, small projects and independently manage recurring business management topics
- Write and coordinate internal and external communication (e.g. organizational announcements, external speeches)
- You deputize the team lead and use your team’s power to deliver in time, while ensuring excellent reviews, oversight, and coordination, even in moments of pressure or insecurity
