In your role as Global Reimbursement Lead for Special Initiatives in the Wealth Management (WM) division,

we offer an exciting and challenging position in which you independently manage and steer delivery of special reimbursement initiatives for the Division for all locations worldwide, using a wide range of project management and leadership skills. In this position you will take ownership for a project with global reach and with top management attention. You will coordinate reimbursement execution across multiple international booking centers and ensure adherence to clearly defined operational standards and risk/compliance controls. Managing communications to senior management and provide input for ad-hoc regulatory updates is an additional key element of this position. If required, you will also be in the lead to manage resolution approaches for any issues / differences that may occur and drive towards successful conclusion. Simultaneously you will take responsibility for improving process efficiency over time (e.g. best practices sharing, lead workflow enhancements). This role is highly collaborating with stakeholders from various divisions and functions globally. You will have constant contact with experts and senior leaders, giving you an opportunity to get key insights into the organization and providing an excellent platform to build a broad, cross-functional network within the bank.
