Global Treasury IT is a fast growing area with focus on IT deliveries for our internal clients and stakeholders, mainly in the area of Liquidity Management, Regulatory Reporting, Asset Liability Management, Hedge Accounting and FX Exposure Management. Programs and projects including Libor/IBOR transition, IWM 3.0, RRP, EUC elimination or big data migration are all areas where Treasury IT contributes or has taken over the delivery ownership. Treasury IT has approx. 200 employees, contractors and vendor teams in all global major locations including US, UK, CH, Poland, India and Singapore. Treasury IT Switzerland operates under an agile / devops delivery model with around 20 team members. Beside of IT deliveries, Treasury IT CH provides business, operations and L3 support for our internal business partners and project teams in offshore locations. We are looking for a BA pool head and Business Analyst to ensure our SMEs receive guidance, coaching and all required support to deliver top quality work.

- Responsibility for Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering for global Treasury IT projects, especially in the area of PnL, Liquidity Management, Exposure Management and Regulatory Reporting

- University degree or equivalent, qualifying experience in Business Economics, Business Informatics or Information Technology
- Expert and profound banking knowledge, especially on global processes and products in the area of Liquidity Management, Exposure Management and Regulatory Reporting.
- At least 5 years of experiences in managing, leading and mentoring a team
- At least 5 years of business analysis experience in IT projects
- Owning the primary responsibility to gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the business stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships and manage stakeholder/sponsor expectations.
- Ability to work independently, reliably and results oriented in an agile environment
- Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, attending scrum meetings, prioritizing backlog.
- Experience in data analysis using SQL, Data Modeler and MS products
- PL/SQL and logical Data modelling experience is an advantage
- Very good communication skills in English are required, German is a plus
