Regulatory Risk Management Pillar 2 #191914
The CRO Regulatory Risk Management (“RRM”) team provides a regulatory consultancy service to the bank on all issues that impact compliance of the bank’s risk models and risk management framework. The team’s activities include providing expert rules interpretation advice to all levels of management in CRO, managing regulatory visits and information requests involving risk management issues, analyzing new regulatory rules, and managing the annual rules self-assessment process.
The CRO RRM team has an opportunity for an experienced regulatory risk management professional to assist with the coordination of Pillar 2 / stress testing regulatory interactions primarily for FINMA. The main responsibilities include management of regulatory reviews, inquiries and visits around stress testing and loss potential analysis including setting agendas, briefing key stakeholders before the meetings on key issues, preparing the regulatory walk through with experts and management of the functional area and businesses, answering post-visit regulatory letters and tracking remediation items. You will be coordinating all ad-hoc information requests from the FINMA related to Pillar 2 / stress testing, including critical review of content and analyze new regulations and requirements related to Pillar 2, including assessment of impact on CRO’s risk processes. On top you will contribute to the annual self-assessments against FINMA rules related to Pillar 2 / stress testing.
