Your field of responsibility
A challenging role as Deputy Team Head of the Client Service Desk for one market area in the business area Private Banking International (PBI) within the division International Wealth Management. In this role you will have a small team closely collaborating with the relationship manager of front teams of the business area in PBI as well as with specialists of Compliance, Front Support and Project Owners. Focusing on the support of the front teams in the framework of defined services such as client onboarding of international HNWI clients as well as processing of client order combined with working on process enhancement projects including digitalization. As the team leader you are responsible for escalations, managing complex cases and a thorough stakeholder management.
