Sustainability, Research and Investments (SRI) is a newly formed function in Credit Suisse, with an exciting ambition to accelerate the banks Sustainability and Impact investing capabilities whilst driving incremental revenues via development of outstanding client content and investment products. To support this growth ambition, we are looking for an experienced project manager for growth initiatives; The role will have the responsibility for driving initiatives with the ultimate objectives of improving financial and non-financial KPIs for SRI and for Credit Suisse as a whole. The successful candidate will manage an initiative portfolio including topics such as product growth strategies, performance measurement, operational excellence, sales efficiency, client engagement, sustainable assets penetration and more.

- A dedicated problem solver talent with a can-do attitude, attention to detail and enthusiasm for crafting impactful solutions;
- At least 5 years financial proven experience with a focus on Investment products business management or investment products strategy; Experience in project management and/or in strategy development are a plus
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills built on industry experience in Banking, Asset Management or Wealth Management
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills – problem structuring, logical thinking and story-lining crucial
- Outstanding influencing and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across different levels of the organization and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and with senior management
- Strong leadership skills in leading small teams and project based cross-team task forces
- Sophisticated knowledge of Wealth Management/ Asset Management products, business drivers and market trends
- High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards. You should be able to take on added responsibilities as required and become a thought leader and knowledge carrier for SRI.
