Product Specialist OTC Derivatives Confirmations #209038
Draft and process top quality OTC derivative trade confirmations in commodity, equity, rates, credit or foreign exchange derivatives.
Ensure confirmations utilize the appropriate agreement definitions (ISDA, Swiss OTC, etc.)
Investigation and escalation of any confirmation breaks and unmatched items
Maintain accuracy and consistency around confirmations, term sheets, transaction agreements and modifications.
Ensure proper controls and audit requirements are upheld through all processes, take actions to ensure that controls are in place and procedures are followed.
Maintain timeliness in accordance with market standards and regulatory requirements; ability to meet multiple deadlines in a trading environment.
Close cooperation with internal groups (sales, trading, legal, etc.) to execute and reconcile otc derivative confirmations.
Opportunity for professional growth in a fast-paced trading environment.
Initiate and participate in line related projects for the confirmation of new financial products, the use of confirmation platforms and front to back efficiency improvements.
