Ihre Aufgaben
- Help the development of our customized Salesforce CRM System in close collaboration with our third party provider
- Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to deeply understand business needs
- Create and manage user stories and tickets
- Ticket resolution in close collaboration with the local key users and third party provider
- Configuration of Salesforce System
- Train processes and tool
- Project management of subprojects
- Plan, manage and drive all service cloud developments
- Support all sales cloud developments
- Document processes, data model and the different functionalities
- Support business users and key users in the area of Sales, Customer Service, Sustainability, Marketing, Finance and Logistics
- Participate in daily meetings, sprint planning and sprint review
- Ensure contribution of delivery of sub projects according to the road map
- Improve Sales and support processes aiming the global harmonization
- Create reports and dashboards for KPI measurements
Ihr Profil
- Salesforce Admin Certificate
- 2+ years as a Product Owner/ Product Manager with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM / Data projects
- Agile experience
- Make sound prioritization decisions based on value and effort/risk to deliver
- Demonstrable ability to take ownership and make effective decisions
- Delivery focused with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues
- Experience of applying data and insights to inform decision-making
- Proven ability to work/thrive within complex matrix organizations
- Strong communication skills including written and presentation skills.
- High levels of personal & professional integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- The position is based in Oftringen, Switzerland, so please ensure you have a valid Switzerland working permit or are entitled to receive one (EU/EFTA)
