Process Engineer Dry - Group Operations
Job main responsibilities
- Operational:
o Organize and conduct plant process audits (safety, quality, performance & efficiency)
o Bring a process expertise support to reply plants operational request (settings, issues, optimisation, etc.)
- Engineering:
o Define & size optimal process solution for new projects investment
o Follow-up the process part of projects during implementation phase
o Oversee commissioning processes from commissioning to performance achievement, including operational training of employees
- Innovation, development, R&D:
o Develop innovative dry process solutions with a focus on performance, efficiency, sustainability, and CO2 footprint reduction
o Plan and coordinate pilot trials with pilot plants
o Create & develop tools for process definition/sizing, drive digitalization initiatives and support machine design
o Evaluation of process solutions provided on the market
Qualifications
- Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field
- Min. 7 years work experience in Engineering, ideally in mineral industry
- Experience in dry grinding process (development, optimization and implementation)
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English, any other language is a benefit
- Readiness to travel 30%
