- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as PeopleSoft Global Payroll expert, preferably for Swiss Payroll. Knowing how to modify/create payroll rules. Knowledge of Global Payroll framework, rules processing and Integration with HR modules. Furthermore you also have experience in PeopleSoft Core HR and HR modules.
- Excellent knowledge in (preferable Swiss) payroll subject area and related HR processes in order to strongly partner with HR.
- Expertise in design, integration and implementation using the PeopleSoft toolset and programming model. Worked on PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQRs, Application engine, BI Publisher, IB Messaging, Component Interface; Good knowledge of SQL queries. Oracle skills preferred.
- You have confirmed knowledge of change & configuration management processes, methods and standards; you are also a solution oriented person with the ability to be “hands on”; applying a principled and structured approach.
- You have strong analytic skills but always keeping the “Big Picture”.
- Excellent communication skills in English and any German skills are beneficial.
