Payment Office Specialist AM COO #195757
The payment office within Asset Management is a highly visible, dynamic area where you can be an integral part of the decision-making that supports the front to back payments of our division. You will be part of a small team. You will hold an important role in high profile function in AM COO. The payment office is responsible for development and roll-out a division wide risk identification framework with new control standards including compliance with policy and improvement and transformation of front to back processes across the payments value chain, as well as implementation of divisional payments strategy.
This role is visible to senior leaders across the organization, and spans interaction with payment owners to understand, document, implement and test controls across multiple geographies and business areas. It is a high profile role covering front to back areas of the division liaising with stakeholders globally.
Your future colleagues
We are a lean team mainly in Zurich that sit within area of the AM COO middle office. The transaction processing teams ensures that all transactions are correctly confirmed, settled and booked, across multiple asset classes, such as equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, fund, derivatives and alternative investments. A team of specialists provides services and supports the entire portfolio management in managing client portfolios and funds held with internal and external custodians.
