HR Learning Technology Management and PMO (80-100%), Temporary Role until End of July 2023 #194513
In this temporary role, you will support the Workstream Lead Learning Technology with PMO tasks for the #DigitalHR program. This is a global multi-stream 18-months-program to replace the current on-premises system with Oracle HCM Cloud. Your tasks include coordinating workstream activities, actively driving synergies between the various SMEs within the functional areas, providing workstream updates to the central core team and coordinating testing activities.
Furthermore, you will take over various responsibilities from the Learning Technology Experts and lead activities independently to relieve the current technology owners from their day-to-day job. This includes supporting in the IT budgeting process, coordinating critical launch communications and supporting in the development and the quality control of presentations.
This is also an opportunity to develop the necessary functional expertise in the learning technology and digital learning process area.

You will be a member of the Digital Learning team, that acts as Learning and Learning Technology Subject Matter Experts and is responsible for the Learning workstream working within the #DigitalHR program. You will closely collaborate with other Learning Expert teams, but also with IT and HR Business Partners and in your PMO role also with the #DigitalHR core team.
