You Offer
- University Degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent
- A strategic mindset and at least 10 years' experience in a strategy or consulting role
- Analytical but able to step back and see the big picture
- Risk or Compliance competence, ability to connect the dots across risk types
- Highly motivated, self-driven individual with collaborative spirit
- Line management experience in leading a small high-performing team
- You are hands-on, dedicated and bring a results-oriented analytical, conceptual and problem solving attitude
- Ability to deliver in a fast pace environment
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and German, French is a plus
