Head Global Facility Management

Job Information

  • Supervising and ensuring smooth operations of the Pfäffikon office which is our headquarter;
  • Management of the facility and reception team in Pfäffikon consisting of 7 headcount;
  • Overall coordination of all global facility topics by working closely with the relevant colleagues per location/region;
  • Planning and setting-up of new offices globally in close cooperation with facility team on-site;
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring health & safety measures for the building and staff;
  • Budgeting and cost monitoring;
  • Contract management (for leases, building-specific equipment, etc.) in close cooperation with Head of Global Procurement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional & international experience as a global head of facility management or in a similar position;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university education in facility management;
  • Solid line & project management experience is required;
  • Structured & solution oriented way of working with a sense a pragmatism whenever needed;
  • Strong in keeping overview at all times combined with a technical flair;
  • Distinct style flexibility enabling effective communication under all circumstances;
  • Excellent language skills in German and English
