Ihre Aufgaben
- Lead Supply Chain Controlling within Omya
- Create visibility and transparency into the (financial) performance of the SCM function
- Financial counterpart of the Supply Chain (on group and regional level)
- Train the organization, update policies and handbooks
- Further development of processes, tools, methods in the area of SCM Controlling
Ihr Profil
- Master in Business Administration / Finance or equivalent studies
- More than 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Controlling in the manufacturing industry
- Good technical skills in Excel, SAP-R/3, BI
- Knowledge about corporate structure and functions
- IT and process affinity
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take on responsibility
- Interest and ability to work in an international, multicultural and multi-disciplinary environment
- Willingness to face and understand business cases with multidisciplinary complexity
- Fluent in English is a must and German is an advantage
