Manage Predictive Maintenance Project- Design the project strategy with Project Executive considering the objective given by the management
- Execute the strategy of projects as per the given objectives
- Define and organize the budget accordingly
- Organize Project Governance with Project Executive
Predictive Analytics Implementation
- Carries out model building (tag mapping, model training, model deployment, validation, and tuning)
- Write, configure, test and deploy new analytics
- Coach and support plants
- Share best practices and tips to maximize chances to get catches and most efficiently use solutions
- Use the standardized monitoring workflow
- Recognize Patterns and understand what they mean
- Characterize alerts
- Understand what actions to take on alerts in different situations
- Manage cases and create reports
- Reviewing the Dashboard Overview
- Design and create multiple dashboards
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent field)
- Minimum 7 years in a maintenance professional-related field, preferably in the processing industry
- Project Management skills
- A pragmatic, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset with a drive to deliver success while meeting quality and safety expectations
- Fluent in English
- Readiness to travel up to 10%
