Global Head of Wellbeing (80-100%) #192760
In this role, you will establish a wellbeing framework, governance and offering for the Bank to ensure wellbeing services are preventative in nature. You analyze existing wellbeing benefits, identify gaps and ensure wellbeing offerings are developed in a coordinated and employee centric way to support employees across the organization. You align and coordinate the portfolio of tools, processes and wellbeing offerings with internal stakeholders and their objectives e.g. Diversity & Inclusion, Culture and Compensation & Benefits teams. You further evolve how we think and speak about wellbeing, how to develop desirable wellbeing dimensions, and how to measure them. In addition, you continuously assess and further develop wellbeing at Credit Suisse and drive initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing. You also prepare information and decision papers for senior stakeholders.
