In this exciting and valuable role within the Service Delivery Department of Global External Asset Managers of the International Wealth Management (IWM) division you will manage the Market Office of the Business Area.
The Business Area Global EAM has a truly international client base with clients from all regions of the world. As our relationship manager cover a portfolio of international clients the market management expertise of the country Market Leaders is crucial for a proper client due diligence in our busi-ness setup.
In this dynamic position you will closely interact with the different market offices in Wealth Management and divisional Market Management. As a subject matter expert who is in close contact with the country market offices you will proactively inform the relationship managers on market specific regu-latory requirement, and you will also train new joiner relationship managers on the most important concepts.
Your follow-up on incorrectly handled account openings and on change of circumstances of our existing clients such as additionally added beneficial owners or client domiciles changes will ensure a proper adherence to the divisional market management rules. For the quarterly open book review meetings with all WM Business Areas, you will handle all Market Leader information duties and the clearance of incorrectly handled or missing Market Leader approvals and attend the meetings in per-son to explain the open client cases.
Furthermore, you will have also a close interaction with the international locations of the External Asset Management business to review new Market Area Risk Appetite Statements (MARAs) and collect the feedbacks of all relevant stakeholders in order to ensure a best possible fit of these bind-ing country specific compliance rules for our Business Area.
This role also foresees the review of our existing enhanced due diligence clients within the periodic client reviews in order to verify whether market specific requirements have been correctly handled and the existing clients are fully compliant with the actual regulatory requirements and MARA rules.
