Entry-level Digital Client Support role in Digital Banking 60–100% #197950
You will offer our clients first-rate support in a future-focused, very dynamic area. You will handle orders and inquiries from clients received by telephone and in some cases in writing, working autonomously and with great dedication. You will support and advise our clients in matters relating to the digital channels. You will impress our clients with your engaging, service-focused, and professional manner. You will welcome the variety offered by flexible shifts (opening hours Mon–Fri 08:00–22:00; Sat, Sun and holidays 09:00–16:00).
