Distribution of capital markets transactions to UHNW and Private Banking clients of the Swiss and International Wealth Management businesses. Capital markets markets transactions include primarily IPOs, follow-on offerings and secondary sell-downs of large stakes through accelerated bookbuildings or block trades where Credit Suisse’s Investment Bank is mandated as Global Coordinator or Bookrunner. In your role you manage transactions from sourcing to structuring, marketing and closing. You will collaborate with Investment Banking and respective specialist areas within the Swiss Universal Bank and International Wealth Management to source and execute capital markets transactions for UHNW clients.
