Leveraging resources and assets across the bank to develop and activate a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy for the group, the Client Strategy & Partnerships (CS&P) teamwork with colleagues in SRI and across Credit Suisse to drive value and impact. This exciting and varied role will support the Head of CS&P and the broader team with key administrative and business management tasks.
You will be responsible for the coordination of the calendar as directed, be confident collaborating closely with senior individuals and be proactive in helping to manage her schedule. You coordinate internal and external meetings (conference calls, video conference arrangements, in person), prepare agendas and relevant materials, draft minutes/resolutions as well as track and close action items. You are in charge of the Travel Management and expense handling for senior leadership team and you manage administrative tasks across the team including finance management, communications, reporting, stakeholder engagement etc. Furthermore, you have the chance to work closely with colleagues and relevant partners in other regions and divisions/functions on global enquiries and reporting and to participate in global and regional projects & events, e.g., Credit Suisse Sustainability Week, including liaising/coordinating with partners within Credit Suisse as well as external providers. Working in a small and dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to interact with a broad network, both internally and externally, to help drive forward our central initiatives, primarily in the sustainability space.
