A broad and interesting role within the International Wealth Management (IWM) Communications team that includes the following responsibilities:
Explain our divisional strategy, priorities and key themes to employees and stakeholders by drafting, reviewing and editing communications (articles, memos, Q&As, etc.) on a broad range of topics.
Cultivate employee engagement and strengthen our corporate culture based on entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, meritocracy, team-work and D&I through dedicated communications activities.
- Help develop a Social Media strategy to raise the profile of IWM senior executives
- Identify and generate content promoting the expertise and capabilities of the IWM business and ensure coordination by working in close collaboration with internal partners and global communications network (e.g. Media Relations, Social Media, Marketing)
- Strategically plan the holistic delivery of content through external and internal channels (intranet, cs.com, traditional media, Social Media, etc.) to maximize impact and reach
- Editorial support for the various Industry Awards and similar initiatives
