- With a recently completed Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree from a university, ideally in Data Science, Financial or Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or Banking and Finance (or equivalent), with exposure to state-of-the-art interest rate models or AI / ML techniques.
- Who has a technological and solution-focused mindset with the ability to think analytically and flexibly.
- Who has significant experience in coding (Python), with a particular focus on either interest rate models or AI /ML techniques including clustering.
- Who communicates effectively and is eager to collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Who works independently and has a keen attention to details.
- Who is fluent in English, with German knowledge being a plus.
- Who displays willingness to take on responsibility as an effective team member.
