You will be part of the Wealth Management (WM) Divisional Finance department which has the mandate to shape WM’s financial plan, to ensure financial transparency and to lead sustainable performance steering.
You will have the opportunity to work on an interesting combination of financial, organizational and strategic topics while further improving your project management and leadership skills. In this dynamic and challenging area, you will prepare in-depth analysis and actionable recommendations for senior management.
You will have exposure to key strategic steering elements with high relevance for senior management in the context of performance culture
You will be responsible for defining WM’s financial steering logic, owning the divisional performance management cycle, supporting strategic business analysis
You will lead the coordination together with the revenue, reporting, analytics and coverage finance teams
Interaction with a variety of stakeholders across finance, WM and group functions and a platform to further propel your career by building your network within a global, integrated bank
