Product Documentation
- Coordinates product documentation requests between Group Segment Marketing and local Sales
- Creates required product documentation in form of product information (TDS), product specification and customer specification based on values provided by local Quality Managers (SUS) and Plant Managers
- Aligns wording and values reported with Segment Marketing (GSM) and Head of Operational Quality (SUS)
- Arranges the set-up of required product master data
- Implements and administrates the approval work flow
- Initiates and executes the periodic review of product documentation
New Product Setup (GIN requests) à shared responsibility
- Deputy function in assisting Sales & Marketing to initiate the setup of new products (GIN request processing). This consists of the following tasks during absences of the main Responsible for GIN requests:
- Coordinates relevant data for GIN requests with regional plants and support the Masterdata Team in defining new codifications
- Provides support and training to issuers where necessary to assure a high quality of masterdata and a swift processing of GIN requests
- Assures GIN requests to be compliant with product naming directives
Trademark Management
- Supports the Head of Marketing Services in the daily business of trademark applications and maintenance. This consists of the following tasks:
- Reviews daily correspondence received from our IP law firm
- Coordinates internally new trademark filings, trademark extensions and renewals.
- Performs trademark analysis on business request
- Monitors expenditure development
Ihr Profil
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- 1-2 years of similar working experience
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Good understanding for laboratory measurements and their technical context
