Visual Experience Designer

The Customer Experience & Design team promotes design thinking: collaborative, agile and focused on customer empathy. We design the digital experience of our products and accompany projects end to end, from research, ideation, solution representations, specification, communication, production and delivery.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering engaging visual experiences.
You enjoy designing special and memorable experiences celebrating the values of a brand.
You enjoy visually representing ideas to facilitate shared understanding.
You enjoy collaborating and accompanying project end to end, from ideation to delivery.
Your mission will be to lead the visual design of the digital experience of our products and promote creative design thinking and doing around you.
- Master degree in Design, Arts or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Technically excellent with standard creative suites
- Proficient in sketching meaningful representation of concepts
- Understand and celebrate brand values
- Proven digital experience
- Able to work under time constraints and in a multi-tasking environment
- Perfect written and spoken English with German or French as additional assets
