On its behalf, we are looking for a personally and professionally qualified person for the newly created job as an
HR Professional 80-100%
We expect you to have ideally completed commercial and higher education in HR (eidg. FA HR Fachfrau/Fachmann, Personalfachfrau) and have at least 5-6 years of experience within an HR department in an international environment – ideally you also possess knowledge of Japanese culture. You are used to working independently and in a small team, have optimal organisation skills, and are result and solution-oriented. You are able to set priorities and have a straightforward and pragmatic approach to matters. Your strengths include intercultural and social skills. A good command of written and spoken German and English is required as well as sound MS-Office skills.
